Herbert is the toughest player I’ve ever seen

This could sound really dumb but I feel like Herbert is throwing the ball where McDaniel wants it. I feel like McDaniel is telling Hebert to trust him and now that he is Herbert is showing him why the offense doesn’t work.

I hate saying this but Mike McDaniel needs to go today. This is a poorly disciplined offense and no signs anything will change. Even if we ran the ball every down and punted he would have more yards than this atrocious offense.

Putting Herbert in an offense where he does not drop back more than a step and his O-line is terrible is not a good idea. I feel like that’s why the run blocking is bad too. RBs are too close to the line and no time to have blocks develop or time to get a running start

Stop with the end around with Qj, if they cant protect Herbert they won’t block for QJ

The Chargers Defense seems to have some pride, hopefully the offense can stop being bullied and find themselves

Man maybe the players suck and the coaches are getting too much blame. These guys suck.

This team has the same problems its had the last 3 years. Bad receivers, bad interior offensive line and bad special teams. I can blame the coaches for some but at what point as a GM do you make moves to help your guys.

Herbert is playing like ass

I like Hortiz but all the best teams trade/sign talent. Rarely does a team build through the draft and win it all. Seahawks made good moves on the D-line and receiver room a couple years ago and it paid off. The rams didn’t have a 1st rd pick for 5 years I think. The chiefs had a good amount of drafted talent but they are a one off.

I don’t know how he is still in the NFL. Nice guy but does not contribute in anyway on the field.

In my lifetime the best Jets QB ive seen was Chad Pennington. I’d donate a testicle for Herbert. You people are out of your minds. Its been 2 weeks. Your best case is Herbert retires a Charger and stumble into a competent HC/GM combo (the real issue fyi)

Although the chargers are look terrible right now. I have to be honest and say I’m surprised how many wins we got the 2 previous years. The roster hasn’t been very talented and Harbaugh was still able to make the playoffs. I still believe in him and I think Hortiz and Harbaugh can turn this around. It just sucks as a Chargers fan to be so inconsistent
