It was considered such a fundamental historical event, the Nixtralian calendar uses it as its central time point, similar to how our calendar uses the birth of Jesus. Years before the Rebirth are referred as BF (Before Faumen) while those afterwards are AR (After Rebirth). 2/2

#FantasyIndiesSeptember 17 Kai actually *does* write several books following the Faumen War. Granted, they're medical tomes he puts together as chief apothecary of Featherbrook. But still, Kai takes his profession seriously & writes in the hope of saving as many lives as he can.
