To succeed as a trader, you have to block out some of the noise. We aren't all trading the same way. I might be a swing trader while you're a scalper. So what matters is which structure is relevant to your trading model. Monthly can be bullish while 4H is bearish. 1H can be bullish while 5M is bearish. Both can be right at the same time. A swing trader can stay bullish from the daily while a day trader keeps selling on the lower timeframe. Different timeframe presents different objectives.

Trader to trader: How would you know you’re revenge trading?
Trader to trader: How do you know when having patience isn’t hesitation?

Sometimes the best thing you can do after losing a trade is absolutely nothing. Close the chart and come back when your head is clear.

If you’re a trader and you’ve never missed a trade or sat out while your exact setup played out... I don't know o 😂 But I think every trader has faced one or both of these. So if you say you haven't, you're either very lucky 😂 or you're hiding the truth.

I was born on 8th September... So yes, today is my birthday. And there’s a funny story about how I almost missed my birthday morning 😂 At some point, I changed my region to New York so I could follow New York time properly for trading. I was testing something back then, and when I realized the different time zone was confusing people, I actually liked it and just left it that way. Fast forward to today. 00:00 my local time, my friends and family start wishing me a happy birthday. And I was looking at my phone like, “Why are these people rushing? It’s not even my birthday yet.” 😂 Then someone asked me, “Is it not 8th today?” I said, “Yes.” Then they said, “It’s 8th already, stupid.” 😭😂 That was when it finally fit me and I remembered. I completely forgot about my whole New York region saga and that my phone was showing New York time. Crazy way to start a birthday morning, but honestly, one of the funniest and most beautiful ones I’ve had so far. Happy birthday to me. 🥂

Amigos... Study enough to question what you're being shown. If someone gives you a long or a short, you should be able to look at your own chart and understand why it makes sense. If you can't... You're just hoping they're right. Trust me, that is not independence. So Keep studying until you can look at price and decide for yourself.

... seeing three bounces and declaring “support is holding” is not analysis. It’s the gambler’s fallacy. Price does not remember how many times it tested a level, and the market is not obligated to honor your pattern. This is why I think back testing matters more.

Good morning... Another week is upon us. Time to show what actually works. Your model, your risk control, and whatever you've learned from the market so far. Stay nimble. Do what's best for you and you alone. Happy trading week. Let's see what the market delivers.

Every trader who masters XAUUSD started by blowing and account on it. How true is this statement?

Once you actually learn how the mind processes desire and reward... you look at your own spending habits and just laugh.

Using $70k to shame people in the main post, just to call $70k "not a lot of money" in the replies. Which one are we following now? 😭
A lady recently secured a $70k grant from stella blockchain Africa to build her dream product while you? Truth is, the money, the opportunities, exist. The only reason your life looks the way it does is because you'd rather be comfortable being poor than doing the actual work.

We are the new ancestors. One day, people will look back at what we built, what we tolerated, and the decisions we made. So maybe we should start acting accordingly. To the 99.

We spend so much time worrying about the competition... Thinking we need more skill, better tools, or a bigger account to make it. But if you look at why people actually fail, its almost never about that. People fail because they want the reward right now. When the market doesn't hand it to them immediately, they just look for a new strategy or a new game entirely. They beat themselves before the market even has a chance to.

As a trader, what happens when price hits your stop and then reverses exactly where you expected it to?

The SpaceX + Cursor deal is bigger than the $60B almost everybody is talking about. Cursor is basically an AI coding tool that can write code, edit projects, find errors and work through tasks with you. Now put that together with what SpaceX already has. Massive computing infrastructure. Grok and its AI models. Cursor and its coding agents. Millions of developers already using Cursor. That's a pretty interesting combination. SpaceX isn't just buying another software company. It's getting closer to having the computers, AI models and software that people can actually use to build things. And this is the part I find most interesting. AI is moving from: "Tell me how to do it" to: "Go do it for me." Coding agents are one of the clearest examples of this. If these systems keep getting better, knowing what to build and how to direct AI could become just as important as knowing how to write every line of code yourself. That's a much bigger story than a $60B acquisition. @SpaceX @cursor_ai

Have you noticed how good AI-generated videos are getting? Some of them already look real enough to make you wonder, "Is this actually real?" Now imagine that getting even better. At some point, you might scroll through X and have no idea whether you're looking at something a person made or something AI generated. I wonder if people will eventually get tired of that. Maybe we'll start missing the days when we knew there was a real person behind what we were seeing.

I know we're supposed to proofread before sending. But sometimes you can proofread something 3 times and still miss a mistake because your brain reads what you intended to write instead of what's actually there. So here's a humble Gmail suggestion: What if we could edit a sent email, but only with the recipient's permission? Allow edits until I open it. Once I open it, editing is permanently disabled. The recipient could also see that the email was edited. It would be like a more controlled version of Undo Send, for those mistakes you notice 2 minutes too late. Just a humble suggestion. @gmail
