BLOOM - A LITTLE UPDATE FROM THE GARDEN 🌱 (Read more in the 3 threads below) I've been thinking about BLOOM a lot lately. Not about how quickly I can release the next thing. Not about how much we can fit into one year. Just about what I want BLOOM to become, and how I want it to feel years from now. The more I think about it, the more I feel like BLOOM doesn't need to be rushed. The 669 were the beginning. They gave us the foundation, the first garden, the first people who believed in what I was trying to create. Everything that comes after should be treated with that same care. So I'm changing the way I look at the journey. Instead of trying to constantly have something new happening, I want BLOOM to move naturally. I'm thinking two meaningful movements each year, not two forced drops, not two things made just because people are expecting something. Two things that are actually worth making. Some years it might be art. Some years it might be a collaboration, something for the collectors, something physical, or something inside the Garden. And sometimes it might be something completely unexpected. If something needs more time, I'll give it more time. I'd rather make something people remember than make something people simply scroll past. --- THE NEXT GROWTH One of the things coming next is a small collaboration chapter. I'm thinking around 10–20 artists. A very small group of people whose work I genuinely believe can bring something beautiful into the world of BLOOM. Different artists. Different hands. Different stories. But one garden. I don't want it to feel like one of those huge collaboration campaigns where names are simply added together. I want each artist to have a reason for being there. Something they bring. Something that becomes part of the story. Then we move into something I've been quietly looking forward to for a long time. --- CHAPTER III - BLOOMIANS The Bloomians. The Bloomians are coming early in 2027. They aren't here to replace the original 669, and they aren't meant to feel disconnected from them. They're another part of the world that grew from the original BLOOM. The 669 are the foundation. The Bloomians are what begins growing from it. Characters, personalities, stories and a different way of experiencing the universe. And I'm not interested in forcing a number just because people want to know the number. When they're ready, they'll be ready. For the collectors who were here from the beginning, I want this chapter to feel like something you're stepping into rather than something you're simply being sold. You were here before the faces had names. That matters. --- CHAPTER IV - THE ROOTS And then there is Chapter IV: The Roots. I'm going to keep this one close to my chest. I don't want to explain it yet. I'll only give you a little hint. Every flower eventually has to learn how to stand on its own. There comes a point where the beautiful part isn't enough. You have to build. You have to try things. You have to make decisions, take risks, fail sometimes, learn and keep going. BLOOM will eventually have to find its own way in the world. What that means exactly? I'll let you discover that when the time comes. I think the reveal will mean more if you don't know everything beforehand. For now, just remember the name: The Roots.
