Alright, think I know what got me the other day.
Suspect I had a particularly bad GERD episode while asleep and burned/irritated the bottom of my esophagus which led to notable sensitivity and some swelling.
Feels better today though. Just trying to be careful for a bit

My brain pisses me off.
It's so frustrating when it feels like I have my life in order and moving in a positive direction, only for my body to get some weird sensation just triggering a series of anxiety responses.
Having this weird thing where I eat and feel sated, but then

I still get hunger pangs at the same time? And it makes my anxiety spike cause I don't understand what's happening.
So then I get fear and adrenaline response cause I...what, maybe ate too fast?
It's weird eating and then feeling like my brain/body disagree if I'm hungry

New music, yes-yes! Enjoy the new Skaven music from the Lords of the End Times DLC. Masterplans work so much better when there is a good soundtrack in the background, right? (No, they don't, but the music is still great!) π
