UVU's after-action report is pretty scathing towards TPUSA.
It says TPUSA insisted on having the event in the courtyard, despite UVU concerns.
TPUSA also apparently didn't conduct any pre-event briefing or line-of-sight assessment on the day of.
TPUSA security, including Dan Flood and Brian Harpole, didn't cooperate for this investigation, either, the report says.

To everyone who loved Rood as much as I do and always will: Wednesday, September 23, was the worst day of my life. Rood passed away in his sleep, seemingly peacefully, at the age of 44. I am heartbroken, as are his children. He was an amazing father and husband. @stacybelinski
