EXCL- The pro-trans protests that threatens to overshadow Burnham’s first Labour conference REVEALED…
A protest outside the Women’s Conference on Saturday will be joined my Labour politicians and trade unionists from across the UK.
The demo - against the ban on trans delegates - has been backed by the powerful trade unions council body in Liverpool.
Leaflets picturing Burnham - seen by Metro - and criticising Labour will be distributed to attendees.
Metro can also confirm that the Communication Workers Union is the fifth union to boycott the conference over the trans ban, following Unison, Aslef, Usdaw and Musicians Union.

"Just because something is the law, does not mean it is right.
Laws can be wrong.
Section 28 was the law, and it was wrong.

There are several men in these pics who looked very pleased of picketing a women’s conference because it won’t let in anyone male. Most of them look middle-aged. Have they been waiting a long time to have this excuse to object to women-only meetings in the party?

To get this straight, @labourunionsuk are saying that the Equality Act 2010 (Labour Gov) is wrong. This means the Sex Discrimination Act (also Lab) was wrong too.
They want to take women's rights back to the 1960s. Go the whole hog & take away our votes, why don't you?
