Most effectively freeze, clip, load, screen, and collect on a sample after checking that the microscope is properly aligned, and then reconstruct the particle to high-resolution. Points are awarded for each step of the process. @Nancy_Jaiswal23 also won the “best grid” award!

Sadly the dirty laundry server is no more. But there are other quality metrics (EMringer, Qscore, CaBLAM, etc) that together give a decent sense of map quality. Or as @bcarra2 always said: “Look at your damn map!”
