“Now I've been in that court nearly every day, I've seen every detail. What was reported outside of the court was inconsistent perhaps and maybe there was some misleading reporting only because nobody could really tell what wasgoing on while the reporting restrictions were in place.
I've had a chat with a court manager who's told me that after the verdict, there are no longer any restrictions on reporting. So I can clearly state what I've seen. And I've seen it myself. And what we've just witnessed is a miscarriage of justice.”
