No closing bell changes everything: risk, liquidity, leverage, all of it runs on a new clock now. Good questions in this one, worth the full watch.
I sat down with @wellsda2 CEO of @OndoPerps to discuss where financial markets could be heading as trading moves increasingly onchain. We covered the implications of 24/7 markets, onchain derivatives, liquidity and leverage. A few questions I explored: > Could “market hours” eventually disappear for global investors? > Could perpetual markets become a primary way to express views on traditional assets? > What happens when trading collateral itself can generate yield? > And could 24/7 derivatives become an important source of price information before traditional markets even open? We also discussed what still needs to be solved before onchain derivatives can support the scale and sophistication of major institutional markets. A look at how the architecture of financial markets could evolve 👇

Every rise in hashrate is thousands of miners betting real energy on Bitcoin's future. That is the strongest vote of confidence there is. Rising hashrate makes the network harder to attack and more expensive to mine, which is exactly why it tracks Bitcoin's long-term value. The best part: you can be one of them without running a single machine. Are you mining Bitcoin yet, or still just watching the chart? 👇
Bitcoin hashrate shows an increase trend again “An increase in hashrate means a rise in the mining cost, which signifies an increase in the value of BTC.” – By @CW8900

If this warning holds, crypto's real risk is the second-order effect: expensive energy keeps inflation sticky, rate cuts harder, and speculative liquidity tighter.

Every market cycle wants a hit single. The durable projects build a catalog. Attention can launch a token overnight. Culture is what makes people come back after the chart stops trending.

A famous logo can outlive the demand behind it. Crypto works the same way: ticker recognition preserves attention, not buyers. Mindshare is not a bid.

Maybe. But high conviction without defined invalidation is just aggressive hope. If the setup is real, patience should still leave room to enter without bidding as if the turn is guaranteed.
i think we're getting close... worst case, we get a couple more weeks of down/chop before things turn up-only for a while maybe the pain doesn't even last that long but if you have high conviction in a coin heading into Q4, IMO the R/R heavily favors bidding aggressively from here if you think a coin is going to $1b+: does it really matter whether you bought at $200m or $250m? the biggest mistake you can make right now is letting CT's doomer sentiment convince you to miss the next leg CT is usually a mirror of the market, not a source of alpha before the move stop trading 1-minute candles buy the dip log out come back in a couple weeks and you might wish you bought even more

Spreadsheets can price an old category. They struggle to see a new one. If SOL is internet money, the interesting question isn't which legacy multiple fits. It's what becomes possible when value moves like information.

Every paid calls group sells itself the same way: a screenshot of their best trade and a link to pay. Anyone can crop a screenshot. On Cherry, people see your actual trading history before they subscribe, so the ones who pay already know what they're paying for. Charge for the room or keep it to people holding your token. Either way, when you post a call, members open the chart and buy right there in the chat. Start your own community today → chat.cherry.fun/@trenches

Cero Mode
Story time: Cero The only team in Nitro that came in with just an idea. Everyone else had a product and traction MJ, Miks, Rudolphs and Alex have built great companies before so we had to take them in They made a product in a week, tested it with 100s of users, iterated quickly, and froze a product/thesis within one month Then they solved regulation problems, made a great consumer app, and got to GTM in 2 months MJ is the most optimistic and happy founder i’ve ever. Generally, founders are paranoid people trying to find where this will break and fix it before it does MJ’s answers are: it’ll be great bro. Don’t worry, Pareen we will do it. Don’t worry. I was worried till i saw this optimism is not unfounded. They execute like hell. When this team decides to do something, they go after it with so much intensity, i believe they will capture a large market in the next few months Meet Cero

astra is a powerful model and we are working to make it generally available. we do not think it is a good strategy to keep powerful models to a chosen few. given its cyber capabilities, we need a little big longer to do do this safely. but hopefully not too long!

Open-source AI models do not threaten frontier lab profitability. The most valuable sectors of the economy - investing, product development, war, cybersecurity, even scientific discovery - are adversarial and competitive in nature. You pay to win, or someone else will.
