Can I say something? I see a lot of negativity about the Eagles defense. I think #MNF was less of an indictment on the Eagles and more a prove-it for Ben Johnson and the Bears. Was it a good showing from the Eagles on either side of the ball? No. But I also think concern is slightly misplaced on Philly’s defense. I have more questions about the offensive playcalling than Fangio simply getting out-coached. Coming off a tough loss, QB1 and 2 down, everyone counting them out…you just knew Ben Johnson was cooking up something diabolical. He’s that good. Gotta give credit where it’s due.
