44% of the population identifies as Christians, which immediately destroys the 80% number. Then we have to account for other religions, and those that believe in God outside religion.

Great news! It wasnât cancer!!!!
I was just informed that my mother have been diagnosed with a tumor in her neck. We don't know if its malignant or not yet. And no metastases have been found in her body. So the odds are in our favor. But I'm going to log off for some time. Need to spend time with her.

What I assume you are actually referring to is common descent, a consequence of evolution.
And while we canât directly observe common descent stretching back millions of years, we can directly observe speciation.
