UPDATE: We now have reclaimed access on the 300 lost Bitfoots that we have inscribed 2.5 years ago from the people who have inscribed it. The airdrop will only be given to the people who have been approved only on GTD phase. We initially planned that we are going to airdrop the Ordinals to people who were able to mint (either gtd or fcfs) but unfortunately ZCASH does not work like that because of privacy purposes we won't have any idea who are the wallets who have minted. Airdrop will be much sooner rather than 24-48 hours post mint.

We didn't hide this art and spend this long making it just so it could be flipped. We want the people who end up holding it to be people you can genuinely point to and say they represent the Bitfoots community. We're not just looking at what you're contributing right now. We're looking at what you've contributed before, and what else you're capable of contributing. This is also why there are two versions, and why our Ordinals collection exists at all. It's a promise we've owed for a long time, finally being fulfilled. It's also how we're locking the Bitfoots IP permanently on-chain, completely immutable. To us, that means burying it deep into the roots of Bitcoin, the motherchain of all chains. And so far, it's working. After 2.5 years, Bitfoots is still here, and it's going to stay here forever. Owning a Bitfoot is a privilage that we will freely give to the deserving.

Transparency for everyone and reasons why you should've have taken the applications seriously. We have a four-step filtering system for applications. > 1st layer: the code who filters right after the application gets submitted -- It automatically deletes and denies flagged alts and bots > 2nd layer: Needs review -- It we manually check the ones who have finished the requirements and are real accounts. > 3rd layer: Passed checks -- It filters those who filled up the applications seriously and check if the accounts are notable (notable for us means it doesn't have to be an influencer, has 1k above followers or high volume of likes and engagements what we check here is the genuinity of their content) so we would know if they are going to contribute on the community that we are building. >4th layer: Final layer -- Where founders review applicants for approval, those are the ones that have been recommended and endorsed by the staff. The system is efficient but it is not perfect because we believe that human touch is more valuable than just doing everything via code. Applications will close on Monday 2PM UTC.
