A short while ago, we shared our Co-Regulation Resource featuring activities like 'hot soup', 'balloon belly', and 'starfish tracing'. We would love to hear how you're getting on with them. Which technique has resonated most with your learners? Share your thoughts below!
Balloon Belly- put your hands on your tummy, breathe in deep to fill your belly like a big balloon, and let it go slowly as the balloon deflates.

Hot Soup: Pretend to hold a hot bowl of soup, breathe in the nice smell through your nose, and gently blow out through your mouth to cool it down!
