Your story can be real and still not decide this case. Dropping charges, a 3.4 GPA, and a bad boyfriend are not evidence that Lindsay Clancy didn’t strangle Cora, Dawson, and Callan. She doesn’t deny the killings. The fight is whether her mind was gone. That’s a jury question, not a trauma résumé. Calling the holdout a monster because of an old accusation, then calling everyone else a patriarch, is the same move in two outfits: skip the kids, prosecute the critic.
