Ultimately at the root of anti-interventionism, there is, beyond any Russian money, a real concern with the lunatics running the asylum here at home—while figures the likes of Amb. Herbst are much rarer in the subsequent generations.
Does this mean focusing on these internal threats requires ignoring the external Russia-China-Iran axis?

If we assume that Scooter Braun, having managed Bieber and Ariana Grande, is more of the Archonic manager of a higher level than Dan "The Man" Schneider, then this is both bad and good news.
Sweeney will be introduced to Judaism and it will be Judaism that will cause her to divorce from Scooter Braun in a few years because it will act as a liquid information-matrix that allows for argument and plurality of thought.
All this will require is for true patriots of the light to become present within the life of Sweeney through her various connections. The system is not as closed off as you think.

The big question is which group Sydney Sweeny's new husband Scooter Braun is a part of. For instance, if you allow yourself the idea that some organized people within the elite spheres like those who encouraged merit, free thinking, etc. are not the monsters and devils who do the whole Project Monarch thing... then they will also either occupy positions within the machine for the sake of art and beauty, or they will have their independent organization which may collaborate with on a purely financial basis in terms of being within entertainment on the whole, with players who are nefarious and abusive.
Now maybe those people don't exist anymore, which may be a fair point, but at the moment I don't know. All I know is that for the Archons, they need a divine spark in order to make anything which attracts people towards that spark, even if they use it for their own power, much like Zeus uses Prometheus.

There will always be an elite but you are assuming that all elites are bad. That's like having an abusive father and assuming all fathers abuse their children.
But there is likewise goodness which is trapped inside of what may at the moment be the bad gate keepers. All that needs to happen here is to find those who still have that spark and bring them out of the orbit of the bad elites and into the orbit of good elites.

Super easy. We have the ability to sense these things in terms of people who have wisdom. Our entire civilization going back thousands of years relies on wisdom.
Law without wisdom is Lawlessness.
So you would need enough wise people, pay them a bunch of money for their time, and allow them to have intimate conversations with prospective immigrants where you learn their whole story and then make your judgement call.

I bet it wouldn't even make a bit of difference in terms of the people you'd have left over if you subtract the abusers of humanity—whether or not they were educated.
Education in the law gives you the structure of what to do and what not to do, but does not effect whether or not you want to do it and merely restrain yourself out of fear for the law.
So the only 2 purposes for those who are secretly cruel and empty hearted before the wheat is separate from the chaff:
1) Temporary Manual Labor
2) Temporary technical jobs which are not capable of influencing reality.
These people must be heavily distracted with algorithmic slop in order for them not to inflict their cruelty towards others.

I like people who are forward thinking in the sense of planning ahead to not create problems for others, and those who clean up after themselves. 🌷🌎🌷
That + being kind to people and animals (which usually goes together with not throwing your trash into the sidewalk) is a qualifier for who gets to be a part of the West. ♥🐕
If there was a way we can know for sure that these above things are met, then there is no problem regardless of where in the world you were born.
If there is a chance the person will not be kind to people and animals and is also not capable of abstract thinking to contribute in some way to society, that is too risky of a chance to take I'm afraid.
And that I am saying for the sake of all the good people and all of the innocent animals in the United States. They want to live in a state of harmony and love rather than one of decay and the ugly violent masses sustaining a corrupt and sick caste system regime.
