$KTA 🧵👇
Update: circulating supply is now ~599M KTA, just below the 600M mark, out of a 1B max supply.
But the bigger question may be what happens next.
CEO Ty Schenk previously stated that 400M KTA would be held long-term, aligned with Keeta’s long-term vision and community interests. If that commitment remains intact, we could be approaching an important shift in how KTA is distributed.
The original vesting schedule runs from 3/4/25 through 8/5/29, with roughly 52 separate unlock events over that period. This was designed as a multi-year drip, easing selling pressure. With ~599M now circulating, the math gets interesting: 1B max supply
~599M currently circulating, 400M committed to long-term holding.
That potentially leaves a much smaller effective supply available to the market than the headline 1B number suggests and if the 400M allocation is formally reflected in future distribution/token accounting, the next phase of KTA tokenomics could look very different from the first ~600M.
Meanwhile, the network continues to stack catalysts:
• Stablecoins +
@LayerZero_Core + Bivo
•
@askgroupae building toward a commodities exchange by 2027
• Keeta Personal launched
• Keeta Business in development
• Bank acquisition pending
• Continued TradFi/tokenization infrastructure development
• Burn mechanics adding another potential supply-side dynamic
If 400M truly becomes a long-term hold, we're potentially entering a very different supply/demand equation. 👀👀👀
