Prosper is live and I think the easiest way to understand it is to start with the Curator. A Curator is the person/team behind an onchain strategy. They create the strategy and run it through a Vault. From there, Prosper gives you two different ways to participate: → Deposit capital into the Vault and receive Vault Shares. These represent direct, NAV-linked exposure to the strategy and a redeemable claim on the Vault assets. → Or there's p{VAULT}. This is a completely separate market where people can trade their conviction around that Curator/strategy. Its price is determined by supply and demand, not the Vault's NAV. So don't confuse the two. Capital enters the Vault. Conviction trades through p{VAULT}. Same Curator and strategy behind both, but two very different economic instruments. That's the part of @ProsperTicker I find interesting.
