That’s right – get ready, make some noise.
Thanks to you all, we have a great base to build on. We got here because of you.
To date, more than 3,600 users, completing over 40,000 quest actions, took part in the Pioneer Season* – with the public Testnet giving us exactly what a testnet should: Real usage, real comments, and a clear list of what to work on before launch. Thank you.
Importantly, the Pioneer Season will continue until Mainnet; this decision is deliberate and not the result of any major issue or setback: We’re taking the additional time to assess what we’ve learned, incorporate community feedback, and ensure our full-blown launch receives the attention, preparation, and polish it deserves.
Our goal is simple: To make the transition to Mainnet as strong, smooth, and successful as possible.
We will share further launch week details, including what changes for our Pioneers at Mainnet, as October approaches.

😬 Day 11 was the day everyone at @draper_u had been stressing about.
Pitching our startups in front of @TimDraper.
The tension beforehand was crazy, but everyone in the Genesis cohort absolutely delivered. All that preparation paid off.
Now the pitches go live Friday.
For the Cardano community, I think this is important viewing. Treasury funding helped make this program happen, so this is where you get to see what we're building and what came from that investment.

Cardano is now live as the public proof layer in Blockforce’s traceability platform, with more than 500,000 supply chain records already anchored.
Commercial data stays private on Hyperledger Fabric, while cryptographic proofs on Cardano allow records to be independently verified by auditors, regulators and customers.
Joint engineering work also cut the cost per record by 92%, helping bring public verification into production at enterprise scale.

Cardano pioneered the vast majority of the scaling technologies for UTXO. There are literally scientific peer reviewed papers on the matter.
The foundational paper "Ouroboros: A Provably Secure Proof-of-Stake Blockchain Protocol" by Aggelos Kiayias, Alexander Russell, Bernardo David, and Roman Oliynykov (published at CRYPTO 2017) is widely recognized as one of the most highly cited and influential academic works in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
