It not only works across the ISP peer boundary, I believe, ultimately, this is what will eventually convince traditional ISPs to adopt MP-BGP extensions supporting Source Specific Multicast for the FFxx::B Global official IANA IPv6 allocation, and therefore supporting multicast.
I designed the entire BSV Layered Multicast stack to be able to be implemented by any Internet Autonomous System (ASN; ISP, network operator, business, govt).
It works across the internet peering boundary.
Nothing is a walled garden.

Around 2001ish, in the first third of my career, I became both a Cisco Certified Network Associate, as well as completing 4 more exams to become a Cisco Certified Network Professional.
I became a CCIE candidate afterwards, and passed written exams, but I didn't go all the way. ๐

I got bored with networking and branched out into Storage Area Networks, which is how I never actually sat the proctored CCIE R&S lab exam. I think I would have probably been able to clear it. One of the challenges I should have done but I was also a new, sleep deprived parent.

And actually, as a miner, Teranode only needs access to and configuration for the bridge itself. No special networking knowledge is needed from a miner operator. If you can land a Wireguard VPN tunnel, you can connect Teranode to the Small World Network.

BEEF transactions can carry data to overlays, but nobody ever said they had to be mineable. SPV checks still work fine.
