UMD has a crap reputation because it had 3 trash HCs for the last ~20 years. There are solid bones to build around.
I've seen a lot about Charles Huff, and I get it. He's from the Eastern Shore and had a stint at Maryland.
Still, he's a rising coach. Why would he possibly want this job if it becomes available? Why would anyone?
It would either need to a reclamation project or an assistant.

Maryland has B1G money now (certainly not the most, but they’re not broke) and are in one of the most talent rich recruitment grounds in the country.
The Terps are absolutely not the worst Power 4 program, but their current coach has them trending that way
Is there a Power 4 football program worse than Maryland right now? The job opening won’t be coveted.
