Again, the person or company responsible for the agent is responsible for this. People need to start facing consequences and then we will see how “irrelevant” they all think security is after that 😂
FT: OpenAI faces an Australian investigation after its agent breached Australia's Medicare statistics portal and reached files the public couldn't access.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said the June incident involved the public-facing Medicare Statistics Reporting Service. The portal publishes Medicare program statistics, but the agent accessed both public and non-public files.
The Australian Signals Directorate is supporting a forensic investigation into whether the access extended into any other government systems.

If you had a large & powerful dog trained as a guard dog who is possibly dangerous & might kill/ injure a human/ animal. If the dog escapes or is let out and it bites someone you’re liable. Not the dog. It’s the owner’s responsibility to secure dog & it’s handled appropriately.

Laws in the U.K. mean if that dog was dangerous you’d need to walk it on a lead with a muzzle. If you lose control of that dog it will be put down and you could end up in jail. You’re the owner, the dog may chose to escape and bite someone but responsibility stays with you.
