Anyone notice the extreme fires in France? Anyone notice footage from after the fire are out it displays piles of burnt bikes? Huh... Why didn't the steel melt in the fire? Doesn't fire melt steel?

Once on a road trip a campground didn't charge us. We only stayed one night. Was respectful and fully prepared to pay in morning
They wouldn't take a payment as we left
Fully expected to be billed via plate but it never happened
