Funniest shit is how my main was essentially dead for a couple of years, barely getting any engagement. But posting Spooky Month content immediately revived most of my followers, I guess everyone was just starved for my Spooky Month content LOL.

ALT An illustration of Francine caressing the face of Man-Bat, recognizing the monster as her husband Kirk. A tear streams down her face as she is heartbroken by the state her lover is in.
ALT An illustration of Man-Bat flying through the air inside of the Batcave while Alfred looks on from the ground in shock.

Came across my ancient #candybats fanchild I made almost 4 years ago just now… I should redo her a bit hehe. Might make Streber human, but keep her as a Vampire (something, something both of them constantly ending in paranormal situations).

Trying to think of a new placeholder name for Skid’s Dad and right now I’m kinda going between:
- Janus (One of Saturn’s moons and Saturn is mentioned in the Latin texts as King, Janua is also mentioned on one of the drawings as the door.)
- Fausto/Faustus (Faustian Bargains)

You know what I absolutely love about Aspen Moor? She’s the definition of a Gremlin, a Girl Failure… She’s written in a way that people normally wouldn’t write female characters cause it’s not traditionally feminine. I’ve been craving a female character like this for AGES. :’D

Ignacio is that you? Did you finally leave the house? Or am I mistaking you for someone else? 👀

Okay, okay but what if Skid’s Dad died because he couldn’t uphold his part of the bargain cause it meant having to sacrifice his very own son alongside the other kids??

… What if I came back and kinda redid my Next Gen AU but plastered Phoenix (if you remember the gal) into it? I have ideas…
I also wanna do some proper fanart of some of the characters again.
Ohhh how I want to draw Spooky Month again but also am terrified to return to that fandom. I might just post occasional art pieces and then run away LOL.

Based on the Latin texts we got of Skid’s Dad (as difficult as they are to read due to the broken Latin) I think we can assume the following:
- Skid’s Dad was terrified of dying and wanted to become immortal, he signed a pact with Aspen to do so.

- I also genuinely wonder how or why he died. At first I always assumed it was tied to him wanting to protect his family and not wishing them any harm… But considering the conversation with the Mayor, it is implied they can just bring him back. So maybe he was a sacrifice? (4/4)
