Listen Labs is an autonomous researcher that talks to thousands of people, revealing exactly what they want and why.

San Francisco
In our zero-person company experiment, the agent made every product improvement based on insights from real customer conversations. There were limitations - the agent didn’t properly prioritize which insights to act on and rediscovered findings a researcher would’ve known to carry forward. But we’re excited to see what’s possible when agents can build and talk to users.
Our intern just built the first zero-person company. Listen's agent ran a loop: - Interview users - Build - Test with real people - Fix issues - Repeat 2,000 interviews and 100 concepts later: an app with 100s of paying customers. Here’s how it works:

Pricing research gives you a number. But a "no" can mean price sensitivity, or a gap between price and perceived value. One means changing the price, the other means changing how you explain the product's value. The interview tells you which one it is.

Listen Labs now supports Pricing Tests with our first pricing method: Gabor Granger. Every point on the demand and revenue curves comes with the "why" behind it, from an AI-moderated interview you can go back and watch. Live for all users today.

Listen Labs was one of exactly two products @AnthropicAI's Head of Product Design, @joellewenstein, named when asked what earns an outside tool a spot at Anthropic. "Do you provide something beyond what we can code internally," he said. "It sounds like an obvious statement, but ultimately that's the bar." Honored to be in daily use at Anthropic alongside an incredible product, @figma.

The 2026 Intelligent Applications 40 is here. Now in its sixth year, the IA40 recognizes the top private companies shaping the future of applied AI, from foundational infrastructure to full-stack intelligent applications. This year's list reflects a market maturing fast: → 450+ companies nominated and voted on by 72 investors across 54 leading firms → $410B raised by this year's 45 winners since founding — more than 25x what the inaugural 2021 class had raised at the same point → 23 repeat winners and 22 new entrants, a 49% turnover rate, down from 68% last year, as some of 2025's breakout companies start to entrench The big pattern this year is how companies are “Harnessing the Value of AI.” As frontier models become more capable and commoditized, the winners are increasingly the companies proving they can turn AI capability into real ROI, whether they're building the application, aggregating the models, or supplying the infrastructure underneath. Databricks remains the only company to appear on every IA40 list since we launched it in 2021. Congratulations to all the 2026 IA40 winners. Your work is defining what's possible in this new era of intelligent applications. Explore all 45 winners and our analysis of the companies, categories, and funding patterns defining this year’s list → ordnl.link/RAFgnA7 Thank you to our great partners: @AWSstartups, @GoogleStartups, @Microsoft, @NYSE, @Delta, and @McKinsey.

We’re excited to share our biggest update yet: Research Agent. Listen’s AI-moderator made it possible to talk to thousands of users. Research Agent handles everything that comes after: segmented analysis, significance testing, and generating stakeholder-ready deliverables (charts, reels, slides, reports), all in a single session.
Introducing Claude Code for research. Listen’s Research Agent lets you analyze data, quantify insights, and generate research deliverables all in Listen, much like how developers use Claude Code.
