"A black belt is a white belt who was thrown down 1000 time but got back up 1001 times."
That's not a cliche
It's a simple fact of life for the Way of the Warrior
You will fail and fall many times on your path
But they are not failures if you learn from them!
"Do not regret what you have done."
Embrace every decision as a stepping stone.
A warrior's past actions are not for regret but for learning and forging a path forward.

Heron stands in the blue estuary,
Solitary, white, unmoving for hours.
A fish! Quick avian darting;
The prey captured.

Strike with Decisive Action.
Musashi taught the importance of decisive action.
In life, as in combat, hesitation can be your downfall.
Observe, plan, then act with precision and confidence.
Let your decisions be swift and your actions resolute.
Remember, a warrior's choice is not always between attack and defense, but often between action and inaction.
Make each move count, with the sharpness of the mind guiding the hand.
