𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐔𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐘
1. No discount to floor. Investors paid ₹375 against a ₹374.13 floor. Nobody negotiated a sweetener.
2. Existing holders added. Surendra Hiranandani goes from 45,902 to 1,07,235 shares. Chanakya Wealth Creation Fund goes from 1,16,803 to 2,23,469. Both more than doubled their stake.
3. Promoter Group alone gets 4.89% of post-issue capital through this route.
4. Non-promoter money totals around ₹70 crore across 11 names, with a mix of family offices, a value fund, a broking house and a Bangur group vehicle.
Promoter conviction plus a respected Rare Enterprises name at the same price is a combination that does not show up often in small caps.
