Amen to this. It was so obvious from the very beginning. Turki tried his bait and switch Trojan horse tactics with soccer before he got into boxing but they were smart enough to see through it.
Let's not act like he's some misunderstood soul. He's a garbage human being w/ an entire prison wing named after him, filled w/ ppl who did little more than hurt his feelings.
People in boxing TOLERATE him bcuz he has deep pockets. So, it gets noticed when he stops delivering.

Still thinking about this lol. Something a lot of people, including myself, saw a long time ago was that overpaying fighters was INTENTIONAL — create a vacuum, eliminate competition, get Muhammad Ali act revised, position Zuffa as THE promoter (league), & then set market price.
Turki overall is good for the sport of boxing. The bad side of overpaying fighters though is now everyone is turning down fights because market value has changed
