Yeah people go way too far. Ronaldo is one of the best ball strikers ever, phenom athlete, probs the greatest header of a ball, unbelievable finisher on both feet, relentless movement and dedication to still be able to play at a decent level at 41
It’s funny how the tacticos on here proclaim Ronaldo as overrated in terms of technical ability, ball-striking/finishing, IQ/decision making, and athleticism all at once. Just lucked his way into 1k goals.
Most lied about player by people who present themsleves as experts

Duh he’ll obvs get his farewell in Nov or March. Read the statement and he lost the plot years ago, just confirmed he still hasn’t found it
🚨💣 MAJOR BREAKING: Cristiano Ronaldo has decided NOT to retire from international football.
Cristiano Ronaldo remains AVAILABLE for Portugal from November international break.
More follows. 🇵🇹

Guehi makes so many dumb mistakes, losing the ball there is ridiculous. It didn’t seem a dangerous situation but he had to make that foul

Wave after wave, this is how you want your team to play. I wish Chelsea could sustain pressure like this, we’re so bad at it even against lower sides. A good structure allows this and generally means you’ll be good defensively too. We haven’t managed it for years

🚨 Antonio Conte on his future: “There are many clubs that have somewhat lost sight of their history…”.
“I’d like to go to one of these clubs to dust off that history and make it shine once more”, told @TheAthleticFC.

He’s gonna cost so much now ffs
🚨 Chelsea are “On it” for Alex Scott. They see Scott as ideal player in midfield. #CFC are in contact with people close to the player and are working on it. The whole summer at Chelsea was about Alex Scott but it wasn’t possible, I would not be surprised if they are back with bids in the future. (@FabrizioRomano)

Anyone remember Gaebba? He would upload 10 min+ comps of any player. Used to upload multiple a day as well

Agreed + realising just how bad Argentina were makes it even better. The team was a lot worse than 2022 and he carried until he couldn’t possibly give any more. I wonder what would’ve happened with an extra day or 2 of rest or Enzo staying on but tbh Spain are the best team itw
Messi’s wc 2026 is as impressive as all the other highs he has reached in his career(91 goals a year, 2022, 2019 etc.
He had no business in being the best player that tournament at 39 years old.

I accepted it a couple years ago, Bellingham is unreal and so clutch. Ppl like to compare him and other players when it comes down to play style of the team, this guy is amazing cos he’s an all action midfielder that performs everything to a ridiculously high level
There’s genuinely people that try to act stupid when I call Bellingham one of the best players in the world. Continue acting stupid then
