One of my favorite phrases in Korean is κ°μμκ² κ°νκ³ μ½μμκ² μ½νλ€, abbreviated as κ°κ°μ½μ½. It means to be strong against the strong, weak against the weak.
Most people tend to abuse their power/platform against who's "weaker." This is called κ°μ½μ½κ°.
