Genuine question for the 41k people Who is using the kids death to manipulate the price? How would that even be possible? It doesn’t make any sense why everyone is so angry about this shit Dude is just pointing out that the card is skyrocketing & people are buying it out

I need to issue an apology to the family of Avery and everyone else who my Jirachi post offended. That was never my intention for my posts. I’ve been covering the market price shifts of all the major hits in the 30th anniversary and the Jirachi card was one of the few to make a trend upward so naturally I made a post about it. In my original post I was trying to give a little backstory without directly speaking of his death out of respect as to why this card has become a highly desirable card in the community and the meaning behind it. This was never ment to pump bags or anything of that nature but like a lot of my other posts is more to inform people when card prices shift and when to buy before its price is out of reach. The hate I got is deserved and I rightfully own it and I also stand by my original statement that the card should be remembered forever.

Do I try to see if any stores have anything in stock today? I’m sure they have all been bought out by now.

Hey trainers, I've been off Twitter for a while now, literally came back because of Avery. I have kids his age and it hit me hard.. but I can't believe the vicious comments and blind hate for "scalpers" because the card (naturally) rose in value?? What happened to truth and community here? I get it, scalpers suck. Worst of which are people who take advantage of an innocent child's passing to profit on. That's not what was happening when the card rose in price though. That's simple supply / demand, and not a bad thing either! Avery brought value to the card with his final video, it's inevitable that people would buy it and monetary value would rise (as listings dwindle). I pray for Avery's family, but also all of you who immediately chose anger and aggression towards others without facts to back it up.. that's not what the pokekid would want from us. Please find peace, and don't let those scummy scalpers get you chasing shadows 🙏

The Lugia classic collection card holds the top card in price outside the RGB Mews sitting around $280 market price. Do you believe this card deserves to be this high? Or do you think it should be much less? I think

The irony is that the people calling this guy a scalper, bringing up Avery, and saying they’re “disgusted” by his post are doing the exact same thing Lord Charizard ACTUALLY did: posting about the card. He never said, “I’m gonna buy a bunch of these and flip them!” He said it’s going up in price and that the card will be forever remembered. Even the community note is wrong. "Full Context: This person and other Pokémon scalpers are artificially increasing the price of this card in order to profit off of the death of a 12-year-old with cancer." Really? From this post you gathered that Lord Charizard is aRtIfiCiaLlY iNfLatiNg the card? And is profiting from it? So you've seen him buy up 100's of cards and then sell them for more? smh y'all. You guys spend the energy on the wrong people and the wrong things. This card is naturally going to go up in price after the horrible news of Avery’s passing, mostly because YOU are posting about some dude posting about it. Good job, you're part of the problem you are getting angry at. Unless you truly believe this guy is a scalper, in that case then its you formulating judgement based on no facts, only other people's posts ABOUT the original post. People are talking about it nonstop, it’s a beautiful card, there are flippers involved, but there are also normal collectors thinking, “I really love this card, and now that everyone is talking about it, I should probably buy one before it gets to a price I can’t justify.” Now multiply that thought by thousands of people. This happens all the time. Don't accuse people of things without knowing facts. You're just piling onto what others are saying.
