It's easy to have an opinion when it costs you nothing. Polls measure what people say. Markets measure what they're willing to stand behind. So which actually tells us more? Are prediction markets more useful than traditional polls?
I trust markets more than polls. Not because markets are always right… obviously they’re not. But answering a poll costs nothing while taking a position forces you to attach something to your opinion, and I think that difference matters. So, I put the argument itself on POV: “Are prediction markets more useful than traditional polls?” I’m taking YES. Curious whether people still agree when there’s actually a market attached to the debate. 🔗 Think I’m wrong? Take NO instead: pov.co/markets/are-predictio… This one’s also part of today’s Daily Pot, with increased incentives for participation.

👀 Im following @KAIO_xyz closely and I have gathered the latest developments under a single heading ethereum:0x00bac91fd8f5b4a0dc03c8021139b76f6549ee7e is heading into Q4 with serious momentum. At the Sept. 28 snapshot, ethereum:0x00bac91fd8f5b4a0dc03c8021139b76f6549ee7e was up ~113% in 24H, with ~$5.95M in trading volume, up ~124%. Price alone doesn’t tell us what caused the move, but KAIO has some major developments behind the renewed attention KAIO has already brought a Mubadala Capital evergreen private markets strategy onchain across Base, Solana and Sui, reaching roughly $75M in onchain TVL at launch, with Coinbase also adding exposure to the offering That’s a sovereign wealth fund-backed private markets strategy using KAIO infrastructure to move onchain Now KASH could be the next major catalyst KAIO’s planned first retail focused product is designed to bring institutional grade RWAs to everyday investors, with an active waitlist already live: 👉 waitlist.kaio.xyz/ And the timing is interesting: the tokenized RWA market has approached the $40B mark in onchain asset value, excluding stablecoins, across areas like Treasuries, money market funds, private credit and equities KAIO is positioning itself at the intersection of that institutional adoption and broader retail access One important distinction: ethereum:0x00bac91fd8f5b4a0dc03c8021139b76f6549ee7e is the protocol token. KASH and the tokenized funds are separate products, and holding ethereum:0x00bac91fd8f5b4a0dc03c8021139b76f6549ee7e does not provide exposure to their underlying assets Institutional milestone delivered. Retail catalyst ahead Follow @KAIO_xyz explore kaio.xyz and watch for official KASH updates

Bitcoin has always had a challenge: how do you unlock liquidity from BTC without selling it or moving it to another network? That’s what caught my attention about @ZestProtocol . I tried its Bitcoin Collateral Vault myself, using Xverse to deposit BTC and borrow USDC on Ethereum. The setup was more straightforward than I expected, with clear steps from opening the vault to activating it. What I found particularly interesting is the approach to BTC custody. Your Bitcoin stays on Bitcoin L1 in a self custodial vault, while its value gives you access to liquidity on Ethereum. There’s no need to wrap BTC or bridge it to another chain. The process involves funding your Xverse wallet, connecting it to Zest, opening a vault and depositing BTC as collateral. After the required Bitcoin confirmations and vault activation, you can borrow USDC. I also like having the option to withdraw funds rather than being required to keep them locked indefinitely. Of course, borrowing still comes with interest, fees and liquidation risks, so understanding the terms matters. Zest is approaching Bitcoin DeFi from a different angle, focusing on making native BTC more useful while keeping it on Bitcoin. My first experience gave me a clearer picture of how this model works. I'm interested to see how far this approach to Bitcoin liquidity can go. btc-collateral-vaults.zestpr…
Bitcoin Collateral Vaults demo is now on mainnet. Deposit native BTC into a self-custodial vault on Bitcoin L1. Borrow Ethereum USDC against it. The capital layer for Bitcoin.
