Someone asked about Socket and I began to get in depth about the app Here’s what I wrote: Socket is an app for creators to thrive and get their work in front of people much easier than current apps allow. It’s a system where creators of all types will be able to collab and work together to build each other. That’s why I turned your writing into an audiobook to kind of show you a glimpse of what would happen on my app. It’s very artist focused in the sense of the in app currency. I know that sounds scary but when you hear how it works you’ll know you’ve never heard anything like it. Socket has an in app currency called Plugs. You purchase plugs within the app at a 1 for 1 rate. $10=10🔌 You can spend those plugs however you want in the app. You can donate to artists you like, they can donate to you. Your fans/followers can give you plugs every time you post almost like when people give money on TikTok lives. Your earned plugs go into an in app wallet that you can then withdraw at 100% earned. Socket just takes 3% fee on all withdrawals. Music artists can sell albums, songs, etc Writers can sell books or collab with illustrators. Booking inquiries are all in the app It’s really something and I would love for you to check it out.
