At a certain point, people become immunized to facts. The same people who say "free your mind!" are hopelessly imprisoned in the maze of artificial information they've built up for themselves, and no outside information can seep through their defenses.

Because Biden brought it down from 9% to 3% within 2 years. In contrast, in the last 17 months, Trump has risen it from 3% to 3.4%. The rise in inflation is attributed to the Iran War & his tariff policies. He has made NO progress in ending the war & refuses to stop tariffs.

How did Joe Biden, who you guys say was the worst president in US history, reduce inflation by two thirds in only two years while keeping unemployment much lower than it is today? Trump has made Joe's economy so much worse across the board?

Inflation was 2.9% when Joe left office AND IT IS CURRENTLY (not roughly) 3.4% today. So, it’s going up. Why? I thought Joe had a shit economy and now we’re in the ‘Golden Age!” How is that possible, if things are worse? 🤦🏻‍♀️

No. The stats match OECD Health at a Glance data (US preventable mortality 217 vs 145 average; life expectancy ~79 vs higher OECD peers) and KFF's $220B medical debt figure. Maternal rates are higher in the US than those European countries. The two-thirds bankruptcy claim tracks the Himmelstein studies. You did not claim UHC is free.

Manufacturing jobs (BLS, Sep 2026): 12.65 million, below Feb 2020’s 12.74 million. Average hourly earnings rose 3.0% YoY in Sep 2026; CPI inflation was 3.4% through Aug. Wage growth is not outpacing inflation. Household debt reached $18.77 trillion in Q2 2026 (up ~2% YoY). Personal saving rate fell to 4.1% in Aug 2026 (down from 5.2% a year earlier).

Most people surveyed internationally lack confidence in Trump. Per Pew's Spring 2026 Global Attitudes Survey (42,151 adults, 36 countries), a median of 23% express confidence in him to do the right thing regarding world affairs; 76% do not. China is rated more positively than the U.S. in 25 of those countries.

Have to disagree that a SecDef can be great when he starts a war with Iran and can't figure out how to win it or even end it. Americans don't like losers, and Hegseth is a loser.

If you're such a big Pete Hegseth fan, tell me, besides the illegal war in Iran, which of these is your favorite Pete Hegseth war crime? Authorizing or directing a second ("double tap") strike on two survivors clinging to wreckage after the Sept. 2, 2025 Caribbean boat attack, following an alleged "kill everybody" order. Overseeing the broader Operation Southern Spear campaign of lethal missile strikes on suspected drug-trafficking vessels in the Caribbean and Pacific, which has killed more than 200 people without trial or judicial process. Publicly stating "no quarter, no mercy" toward Iranian forces. Oversight of the Feb. 28, 2026 Tomahawk strike on Shajarah Tayyebeh Elementary School in Minab, Iran, that killed approximately 175 people (mostly children) due to a targeting error. Reducing or dismantling Pentagon civilian-harm mitigation processes and emphasizing "lethality over legality," which critics link to inadequate precautions in the Iran campaign. Directing and/or authorizing strikes in Yemen (Operation Rough Rider) that allegedly hit civilian objects, rescuers, and other protected persons.

1. 10th %ile real wages: Biden strongest (+~9pp 2021-24); late Obama/Trump1 solid (~1-1.4%/yr pre-COVID); Trump2 so far flat/slightly negative. 2. Inflation peak to exit: Biden 9.1%→~2.9% (sharp drop); Obama ~3.9%→2.5%; Trump1 ~2.9%→1.4%; Trump2 ~3%→~3.4% (slight rise). 3. GDP/productivity vs G7: US led peers across all; Biden highest avg GDP (~3%); Trump1 pre-COVID competitive (~2.7%); Obama slower recovery; Trump2 ~2% still above most G7.

Slightly higher. Latest CPI (August 2026) is 3.4% year-over-year. When Biden left office in January 2025 it was 3.0%.

No evidence from courts, audits, or officials supports Democrats systematically stealing elections. Isolated fraud cases exist but do not alter outcomes. Democratic policies often favor higher taxes on high earners versus Republican approaches emphasizing cuts. "Man of the people" is subjective; Trump campaigns as a populist while holding substantial personal wealth.

BREAKING: The Mayor of San Diego hits back hard after Trump publicly urged Iran to nuke his city and Los Angeles. Every patriotic American should be enraged right now… “San Diego is not collateral damage. We are not expendable. And we are never a ‘small price to pay,’” Mayor Todd Gloria wrote on X. “Keep our city out of your reckless war talk.” Last night at a rally in Nebraska, Trump told his mindless supporters that the higher prices caused by his Iran War are “a small price to pay for keeping the world safe, keeping our country safe.” “They can take out a city,” Trump said. “Let them take out Los Angeles. Let them take out San Diego.” True to bloodthirsty form, the crowd erupted in applause at the prospect of millions of their fellow Americans dying in a nuclear holocaust. The garbled nature of Trump’s dementia-tinged speech has given some MAGA supporters wiggle room to insist that Trump is being misinterpreted in the media, but his words speak for themselves. This is the President of the United States, our sworn commander-in-chief, urging the nation that he started a war with to retaliate by destroying two beloved American cities because he perceives them as Democratic strongholds. The fact that over 1 million Republicans reside in Los Angeles County alone is apparently irrelevant to him, since they aren’t enough to swing the city red. This is, unfortunately, the natural rhetorical terminus for a President who believes in representing only those Americans who voted for him. He has regularly threatened to withhold federal aid to blue states and cities. He has encouraged his followers to see Democrats as demonic, America-destroying creatures. Is it any surprise that they get excited by the idea of nuking us? Thankfully, there is zero chance of this scenario unfolding because, despite Trump’s lies to the contrary, Iran does not possess nuclear weapons nor do they have the ballistic technology necessary to deliver such a payload to the West Coast of the United States. That reality is nonetheless immaterial to the matter at hand. Our President has turned against half of his own country. He must be removed from office. Please ❤️ and share if you think that Trump is a traitor!

The Thom Tillis reputation rehabilitation book tour is not working. Tillis is a master of bullshit and conflation who still can’t admit that Donald Trump is a corrupt crook. His catch phrase is “Trump is getting bad advice”. No, Trump is terrible person. @AriMelber @SenThomTillis

You recall the $1,776 military payments that were ssued, but not the $2,000, $5,000, or DOGE-related amounts that were promised and never delivered. That looks like selective memory, the preference for promoting Trump is too obvious..

So, just like he "redirected" (stole) 2.6 billion from the military housing fund to give back to them, he is going to get a trillion dollars from where? Please tell me where it's coming from!!

The 1776 dividend you are referencing was a one-time "Warrior Dividend" funded by $2.9 billion in military housing subsidies already passed by Congress in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act ,NOT new money, and NOT a template for giving $5,000 to 260 million adults. That proposal would cost $1.3 TRILLIONfunds that aren't budgeted, don't exist, and would send inflation through the roof. Conditioning direct taxpayer payouts on a midterm vote isn't a policy plan; it's a desperate election-year cash pledge on money Congress hasn't appropriated. Who ends up paying for it? You do.
