What just happened:
A lower court blocked DHS from using the SAVE citizenship system to help states check voter records.
Supreme Court lifted that block today. 6–3.
What it means: • States can use the federal citizenship database again • Checks can include Social Security + immigration records • Individual voter verification is back before November
What it does NOT mean: • Mass purges inside 90 days of Election Day are still illegal
Trump said only citizens should vote. The tool for that is back on.
Elections are for Americans.
