One line in the
@themutualfun prospectus is easy to skip.
Holding a Seat earns nothing.
You enroll by paying a one-time load in
$TMF. Half of that load is burned. Half goes into the fund’s holdings. Sell the Seat and the next owner pays the load again. Dividends don’t land in your wallet. They land in the Seat’s briefcase, an ERC-6551 account that travels with the Seat when it is sold.
The contracts have no owner, no upgrade path, and no pause. Every 13th week the enrolled Seats vote on whether the fund continues. A close vote closes it. Nobody on the team can keep it open after that.
Fixed supply, 401,000
$TMF per Seat, no team allocation.
I have read a lot of docs that say permissionless and then leave an admin key. This one printed the off switch.
