Happy Daughter’s Day! I want to especially say how thankful I am for my amazing daughters. Being a dad is the best job I will ever have. Throughout this campaign, the long days, nights, and sacrifices, my family gives me a reason to keep going. If you ask me, the greatest privilege in life is experiencing the joy that my daughters bring my wife and I every day.

Great news, folks: Cook Political Report just shifted our district from Likely R to Lean R. This is a testament to the power of organizing and working class people coming together to push back against a corrupt Congressman and administration. Bryan Steil and corporate special interests have already poured millions of dollars into this race, but no amount of money can make up for Steil's votes to take away your healthcare, continue the war in Iran, and gut Social Security.

We had an incredible coffee and chat event early this week in Racine. I had the pleasure of chatting with this enthusiastic group about what they want to see happen in Washington. What I learned is most of all they want someone who will listen and represent their best interests. That’s exactly the kind of representative I plan to be. You are gonna see me in the district, at Menards, and at the grocery store. It’s time we had some real representation in this district!

Last weekend I had the honor of attending the NAACP Freedom Fund & Theodore Harris Humanitarian Awards Dinner in Racine. I had a fantastic time connecting with folks and eating a delicious meal. Thank you to the NAACP Racine branch for having me. I look forward to continuing these conversations about how we can all work together to make our communities stronger and make sure that our representation in Congress is working for all of us!

Last night I attended the bipartisan Rock County Agricultural Candidate Forum in Janesville, alongside other candidates and elected officials. Agriculture is a core part of our district’s culture and economy and I was glad to be there to talk with folks about what is needed from both a state and federal level to support our farmers. My opponent was invited, but unfortunately did not show.

Wisconsin press: CALL ME. This is a sham bill that lets members of Congress own stock and buy more with dividends, AND doesn’t include the White House. There is a bill that is an actual ban, but the GOP backed HIS to avoid a real ban. CALL ME.

Bryan Steil has tens of thousands of dollars in stock in companies that power data centers. And now he’s pushing for them to be built.

Rain or shine, the people of Darien know how to celebrate their sweet corn! I had the pleasure of walking in the Darien CornFest parade last weekend. It was great meeting folks and the farmers who work hard all season for their harvest.

What an amazing town hall we had last week, Cudahy showed up! This event was one of our best yet, the momentum in the room was incredible. Thank you to Birds on a Wire for organizing this event, and to Bowzer from Sha Na Na for being a very special guest.

Our Burlington house party was a real highlight of this past week. I was so grateful for the opportunity to talk with everyone and hear folks' concerns about cuts to Medicaid, corruption, and the rising cost of living. Face to face conversations with people across our district is a central focus of our campaign, and I look forward to continuing to show up, listen, and be a public servant for everyone in our communities. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the tragedy that was 9/11. Today, we remember the 2,977 lives that were lost that day. We keep them in our thoughts, along with their families, and honor the valiant First Responders who did not hesitate to put their lives on the line. This was one of the toughest days in our nation’s history, but together as Americans we responded with courage, strength, and unity. Let us always remember the sacrifices made and the heroes who continue to serve our communities and country today.
