The first nonpartisan poll on Question 3 has been released and it found SIGNIFICANT opposition to the gerrymandering amendment. The poll found that 41% were opposed to Question 3, while just 28% were in favor and 31% were undecided. Further, when asked more broadly for their opinion on gerrymandering in Maryland, 57% of respondents said they were opposed and just 21% were favorable. This is an encouraging early result in our fight to defeat Question 3 and stop extreme partisan gerrymandering in Maryland. It is not the Attorney General's job to defend Wes Moore in a personal defamation lawsuit. Maryland cannot take four more years of Anthony Brown using the AG office for political fights. Elect Jim Rutledge for an Attorney General that will proseucute repeat and violent offenders, stand with state and local law enforcement, and defend the interests of Marylanders.

Wes Moore turned a multi-billion dollar structural surplus into a multi-billion dollar structural deficit, resulting in a recurring annual budget crisis that almost always ends with him raising taxes to meet his constitutional requirement to pass a balanced budget. Wes Moore is probably the most fiscally irresponsible Governor in the nation. He doesn’t get to lecture anybody.
