INSANE: #Bengals EDGE Shemar Stewart recorded just 4.5 SACKS during his entire college career… And STILL became the 17TH OVERALL PICK in the NFL Draft. Stewart played 37 games across three seasons at Texas A&M, finishing with: 65 tackles 11 tackles for loss 4.5 sacks The production wasn’t anything crazy. The physical tools absolutely were. At roughly 6-foot-5 and 267 pounds, Stewart ran a 4.59 forty and recorded a ridiculous 40-INCH VERTICAL at the Combine. His athletic testing was so freakish that he earned a PERFECT 10.0 Relative Athletic Score. Cincinnati bet on the athlete and the potential rather than the college production. 4.5 career sacks. 17TH OVERALL. That’s how much #NFL teams value freakish traits. 🤯
