Minnesotans seem eager to vote this year. 🗳️ 🇺🇸 After one week of absentee voting, 12,322 people have already cast their ballots (8,403 in person and 3,919 by mail). That’s an increase of 8.3% over the vote total (11,380) at the same point during the 2022 mid-term election.

Voting starts today in Minnesota! You have options. You can vote early in person or you can vote early by mail. Whatever you choose, be a voter.

Great news! SCOTUS has blocked the deeply flawed scheme to force the U.S. Postal Service to police voter eligibility. This ruling ensures that eligible Minnesota voters will be able to cast a mail ballot in 2026, if they choose, without interference from the federal government.

It is still safe and secure to vote by mail in Minnesota. Minnesota challenged the Trump administration’s executive order restricting mail voting—and won. Despite what recent headlines might suggest, the proposed USPS changes have not been implemented, and we’re confident and hopeful they won’t be at all.

We will always remember 9/11, and honor the thousands of Americans who lost their lives and loved ones that day.

Minnesota is part of the multi-state coalition that won another victory against the proposed U.S. Postal Service scheme to interfere with mail-in voting. The USPS plan remains frozen, and is not in place.

The proposed USPS system for mail voting would be an unworkable mess. It cannot and should not go into effect. Minnesota is part of the lawsuit (successful so far) to stop it.
