Friday: @MPickensRacing
Michael Pickens comes to the 39th ChiliBowl Nationals with Keith Kunz Motorsports Curb / Agajanian.
Speaking of champions, this guy has a lot! Michael Pickens has won the New Zealand midget championship 7 times. He’s also won sprint car championships, way too many race wins for even google to keep up with. He’s still one of the most talented racers in the world, and still loves to do it.
Over the summer Michael got in one of the KKM midgets during USAC’s midget week and nearly won the feature, finished 2nd.
Keith wanted to get together with Michael more throughout the season, but schedules just wouldn’t allow. But the ChiliBowl presented an opportunity to connect.
So Michael will be piloting a CRC – Toyota – LynK Chassis #54Z in this year’s ChiliBowl Nationals.
Oh so close for @MPickensRacing.
The Kiwi ends up 3rd in the @AbacusRacing #59, coming up just short of Golobic on the final lap.
He’ll start front of Saturday’s B-Main in a good spot to make his 7th Chili Bowl Championship A-Main.
. @I55Raceway REPLAY: For the 2nd night in a row, it's @MPickensRacing who sets Quick Time in qualifying with a 12.770!!! Head to DIRTVision for the Xtreme Outlaw Midgets at Pevely!
.@cannonmacracing tops the points for the @Driven2Save#BC39 Presented By @WeatherTech.
He'll start from the pole of tonight's 39-lap feature at @IMS.
The top-16 are locked into tonight's feature with @MPickensRacing grabbing the final spot.
