i find it funny how simillar gaster and 99 are to one another -both have one image of them that is assumed by the fandom to be their design -both communicate under fourth wall breaking circumstances -both have several foreshadowing and build up to being potential antagonists

i also think that if that swap happened spamton would have gotten the null treatment and null in vice versa, so null would go into hiding from friend while spamton uses of breaking the game to warn kris and probably get the neo suit later

-both are extremely important to the plot but barely NEVER appear in gameplay -both are haunting a player who is controlling a student -both have "shattering through space and time" type scenarios (null's death and the core incident)
