I've had mental crash outs before early in my recruitment career, but yesterday was the first time in a long time I got so mentally exhausted just seeing complete bullshit unfold in front of my eyes and was so hard to not say anything. I always get comments "show me proof", "post proof" but you people don't understand the repercussions it has if I do, and honestly it takes a few hours to do your own research to come to the same conclusion. I am only human and I keep trying my best to make this industry and trading in general a little more fun, because I know for most of you it's a fucking slog.

Those onchain props that claim all of the trades on funded go directly to the live market... If you are based in the States and enough complaints start rolling in, you are going to end up in prison, just like SBF.

Ok seems like Prop marketing is reaching 2023 bullshit era. Companies are literally claiming falsehoods on tweets, payouts with the larger firms don't add up if you start tracing back. I literally caught a few firms copy pasta Breakout's configurator and plans and made it worse? Why not actually get a product out there that people will be interesting in buying and that it doesn't fuck up your economics? - You are sitting on millions at this point. Come on now. It's actually sad that a cave dweller like myself with slight TISM is able to think of ideas and design them. Lastly, finding out about what other fellow operators are doing behind the scenes to clean up certain firms books, is disgusting too. Can you people just pattern up a little bit or are we going to do the bullshit until the industry implodes?

So managed to get it all designed and functional. Took me god knows how many versions to get it all right due to hallucinations by the coding engine. Multiple occasions, I wanted to perform x and y action and the agent just kept adding shit I did not want. Anyhow, looking to implement some of the gamifications in a prop that's looking to have a little fun in their end cycle systems. Overall I have 4 mini awesome systems that haven't been implemented yet anywhere. Trading stays core at heart, I care more about the customer acquisition the right way and retention the right way. I also did proof of concepts for designers to get cracking on it straight away. Happy to take calls today, and then get things sorted so we start working before the weekend starts. P.S I work weekends too :)
WELCOME TO THE ERA OF GAMIFICATION - FROM MY VIEW... V1.0 of TraderDNA is now live in my testing playground. This will be available for all prop firms from CFD to Futures etc. Being a trader is fun and seeing all the numbers grow is exciting right? What about if you could have your own personality, being portrayed in a card form - there is much more in store for this particular game / feature, I already built out additional end mechanics that I will never share. There are now formulas being built to calculating the scoring system and what gets taken into consideration. Traders have specific traits and skills and I would like to have this shown. P.S. My Prop friends on here and some leeches that I am sure will want to copy this and add it to their prop firm for free, don't worry I will keep tabs! :) I am not done building, this isn't only it, you have no idea what's in store for the next clients I work with that I want to take this gamification system to the next level. How good are my asset generation skills now :)?

My weekly review of current product landscape and a question, If all these new props have the same core product and same split as Ftmo or higher, what makes them a better product than what current props offer? If the product is flawed, will any risk engine help frankly?

Seems like there is never ending drama in the prop world, in the midst of all this where is the competitive spirit gone to? Not whos the cheapest but who's the best in the craft? Am I stuck in the past?

Massive V6.2. Inbound for my Prop Firm Playground. For months in all honesty, I have been really diving deep into the Futures Off ramping and how people are being moved to live. For the most part, it's chaotic, not structured, and there is very little rhyme or reason, and off ramping means potentially losing a customer to competition. There are 1 or 2 good implementations though I have to admit. I think CFD with their current models need something similar to keep their books in check and keep the winners happy and losers interested to keep pursuing a funded account. So... I completely reimagined that cycle. Giving people the option to stay on Sim or go to an advanced environment should be beneficial to both winners and losers, that's how you sustain a relatively healthy business model. All the systems that I have built fully integrate with this new end cycle.

Just studying how the marketing has shifted over the last 3 months, and I have to say it's far more aggressive than what it used to be, which I personally like... The AI generated ones are pretty terrible, I am a fan of actual owners / Staff doing a quick recap of the products etc, it makes it more human. People buy product for the branding, when the branding is large, but people buy from people when the product is unknown. Something to consider.

I fancy partnering with a prop firm who wants to expand their customer success plans and go down the gamification route, lets chat. DMs are open. You need to have your own dev team and atheist 1-2 designers. Funding needs to be in place, as for category along as its not futures I do not mind

Prop firm trading is no longer what it used to be back in 2010s. Those who remember old school Samuel & co, Audacity etc know this. Ethical gamification is key for prop firm survival, given my research over 85% of audience are males between 18 - 30. Here are their main traits: Competitiveness Desire to become rich Prove to their family/friends etc they are the best at their craft If you can cater to those individuals, you will win. Never forget about the other 15% or it will bite you in the ass too.

V6.0 is ready on my prop playground. New reward systems is completely active and changes over time. Following my psychological mantra of providing new stimuli into the customer system thats free of charge once they purchase is key to overall success of the prop firm over the next 5 years. With further saturation and further pricing/fees cuts etc i will see more firms struggle to keep customers in long term. Following pillars made by some interesting behavioural psychologists, and its more prominent now, given the stimuli change has dramtically shifted over the last century.

Most prop companies do not understand why customers at Ceasars Palace are much more happier than at a shitty casino in some random town. Its not the core product but its the customer service, additional features, freebies and more is what attracts millions of people through the door each year. When I worked with Gainsight team to improve their software, you get to learn a few tricks on how customer functions once they enter the first part of the buying cycle.

V6.0 is currently in progress, I am completely reimagining the traders journey from the moment they buy an account to the moment they either pass or fail. My methodology is quite simple when building new things, how does this improve customer experience without breaking the company economy. May be simple at first, but gets harder as you progress through the versions and various features. Understanding buying behavioural patterns based on regions provides me with unique alternatives for specific feature set as well. That way adaptation to the customer applies at a much larger scale.
