Just a thought - Call me crazy but we haven't had any proper DM's since like forever. Isn't this a failing of the academy? Solution - Four good 12 year old prospects. Put em on a treadmill for 4 hours a day. 2 hours of diving tackles. 1 hour of passing to better player. Sorted.

We need to protect the Fletcher's. Loan moves obviously will be paramount. Get some proper regular football in the championship and I can see them becoming good squad players next season.
