macOS 27 doesn't run on Intel, which means a lot of teams are about to spend a quarter migrating Mac hardware they would rather not touch.
If your build machines are persistent, you already know what this means: Pull a machine out of the pool, upgrade or re-image it, reinstall Xcode and the entire toolchain, redo the certificates and provisioning profiles, run a build, find the one thing that drifted, fix it. Then do to every machine, one by one, with the pipeline running short the whole time.
Then repeat the whole thing with macOS 28 😖
