I’m Magda Americangangsta, a multidisciplinary artist who thrives in the chaos between digital collage, painting, illustration, photography, and mixed media. I don’t believe in clean lines or safe choices. Collage is my weapon of choice. I slice, scan, layer, and stitch fragments of reality into visual narratives that question everything. Nature and humanity clash and dance in my compositions. Sometimes I mock. Sometimes I mourn. Always, I provoke. I also paint and illustrate digitally, but I never stay in one lane. My art has been exhibited in New York, Barcelona, Edinburgh, Dubai, Liverpool, Paris, Kuwait, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Tokyo, and Warsaw. On a daily basis, I’m connected with the oldest theatre in Poland, for which I have the honour of creating posters. My illustrations have been published in Elle, GQ, and Vogue.
