Busy Monday on Capitol Hill as dueling news conferences are scheduled with athletes and stakeholders over the Protect College Sports Act: one held by the bill’s authors/supporters, led by Sen. Ted Cruz; and another held by those opposing the legislation, led by Sen. Chris Murphy.
The Protect College Sports Act is expected to begin what could be a lengthy procedural vote process next week on Capitol Hill.
