🎪 GIRLS, THE HOPIUM CIRCUS IS STILL OPEN!
I was discussing this with someone, and something really interesting came up. Valko has often been associated with journeys, guidance and loyalty. And when we talk about guidance, I can't help thinking about the possible Anubis theme surrounding him. Nothing confirmed yet, but Anubis is known for guiding souls through the afterlife.
And there's something else about Valko that I find interesting. From what we've seen and what's been hinted at, he really seems like someone who travels a lot. We've seen him in different environments, and there's this whole adventurous side to him, someone who enjoys exploring, discovering new places and constantly being on the move. Traveling almost feels like a natural part of who he is.
Now, look at the story accompanying Infinity Nikki's “Nighttime Whisper.” It tells us about a mountain spirit guiding lost travelers back home. This echoes themes found in Chinese folklore, where mountain spirits and protective deities can watch over people traveling through dangerous or unfamiliar places. There's even a traditional tale about the spirit of Wu-Lian Mountain, in which a divine protector saves a man who has been carried away by a monster.
And that's what makes the symbolism so fascinating to me. Whether we're talking about guiding souls or living travelers, we keep coming back to the same ideas: protection, guidance, journeys and finding one's way home. And when I think about Valko, all of this feels strangely familiar.
BUT HERE'S THE THING. 👀
Last year, the title was simply “Nighttime Whisper.” This year, they've added “AWOO KING'S” to it. And there's no obvious connection between wolves and the mountain-spirit story itself. So why introduce that particular reference NOW?! Especially when we know how closely the whole “Awoo” thing is associated with Valko in our community. 🐺
I've been pointing out these little messages in Infinity Nikki's Instagram descriptions and official communications since September, and the more I see, the harder it gets not to connect the dots. The recurring themes, the symbolism, the choice of words… And now we have an Awoo King, a mountain spirit guiding lost travelers, and a story about finding your way home.
Maybe my hopium brain is working overtime, but COME ON.
There's only ONE Awoo King in my heart, and that's Valko.
And if there's one thing I love about this whole story, it's the idea that no matter how far someone travels, there's always a way back home.
We're waiting for you, Valko. 💚

AWO?! AWO?! SERIOUSLY?! 😭💚
GIRLS, LOOK AT THE LITTLE TEXTS NEXT TO IT!!
“The tale of the mountain spirit was softly told by candlelight and whispered in the night…”
“In the land of no path, guided by the mountain spirit, the lost find their way home.”
THE FOREST?! THE MOUNTAIN SPIRIT?! THE LOST FINDING THEIR WAY HOME?! VALKO?! HELLO?! 👀
I've been pointing out these little messages in IN since SEPTEMBER, whether it's in IG descriptions or their official communications. And now THIS?!
I'm sorry, but I can't help connecting the dots anymore. The recurring themes, the wording, the symbolism… It all keeps reminding me of the same thing.
Am I saying this confirms anything? NO. Am I seeing connections everywhere? ABSOLUTELY. 🤡💚
