A child left behind, injured in the water, while his father gets onto the boat and leaves French lifeguards to save him. What kind of father does that? Crashing waves. Chaos. A child struggling in the water, while his own father boards the boat rather than staying to protect him. I believe scenes like this expose the failures surrounding these crossings, from the charities involved, to the actions of the French authorities, to the decisions being made by the British Government. People are becoming increasingly angry about what they are seeing. I genuinely fear that if confidence in the authorities continues to collapse, some people will eventually try to take matters into their own hands. Mis en confiance par cette usurpation parfaite, mes parents ont été manipulés et ont perdu 2 000 € Aujourd'hui, malgré nos démarches et les rappels à la loi, la banque refuse catégoriquement de les rembourser. Le @CreditAgricole préfère rejeter la faute sur des victimes de bonne foi plutôt que d'assumer les failles de sécurité de son système d'affichage. Pourtant, la jurisprudence de la Cour de cassation est claire : face à une telle manipulation technique qui altère le discernement du client, la banque doit rembourser. @CA_Assistance, allez-vous enfin prendre vos responsabilités et restituer les 2 000 € volés à des clients historiques ? Nous ne lâcherons rien et utiliserons tous les recours légaux.
