Jordon Butts has today confirmed his intention to join the Western Bulldogs as an unrestricted free agent.
Butts will officially make the move to Mission Whitten Oval during the 2026 Free Agency Period, which begins on Friday 2 October.

Seeing so many junior Bulldogs supporters at the Footy Fest at the MCG today, very encouraging that the club is resonating with kids and families, bodes well for the future. Very different to when I was a kid growing up in the northern suburbs of Melbourne 🤣.

So not only do certain clubs escape anything resembling reasonable and logical punishment, if they are the victims of any alleged act their opponent receives harsher punishment irrespective of being retaliatory to an original incident that is ignored. AFL continues to be a joke.

With Zak Butters polling so well in the Brownlows soon after nominating the Bulldogs, the AFL have announced that in 2027 the Bulldogs will play every match on a six day break, play games out of Victoria every second game, and will only play bottom eight teams once.
